Our mission statement is “To know Christ and make Him known.” We do this by welcoming anyone who wishes to join us for worship regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, ability and/or disability, or economic status. Leadership opportunities are open to all.

Cen­trally located in Newport News, Virginia, we have served Christians from many backgrounds for more than fifty years — not just on Sundays, but every day.

Mindful of our calling — to know Christ and to make Him known — we minister to the spiritual and temporal needs of our mem­bers through church services of Bible-based liturgy, music, and art. Our ministry also includes prayer, fellow­ship, Christ­ian educa­tion, community programs, and other parish activities.
